The hotel should send its front desk staff to the hotel school next door to learn that

customer service will keep customers from returning to an otherwise good hotel.

I did not like that parking was an additional cost which was not told to me at check in and

So those valuable hours the day before the exam were sabotaged, thanks to inappropriately
