1. It rained that week and there was a leaky roof on the 20th floor that added the existing bad odor in the hotel.

5. The time left after our appointments also gave us time to wander the city and do some sightseeing - the hotel is not in a prime location for this, but also not bad and we are seasoned travelers who live in an urban setting; we found it quite easy to get around the city from this home base.

9. The first night we were to stay at this hotel we were irritated because they overbooked and sent us over to the Penn Tower Sheraton (which was pretty bad, but we can`t complain too much given they did not charge us).

10. Parking was an added $20 per day (included in and out rights, so that is not bad for Philadelphia.
