1. Late-night reception was mediocre at best, I was not greeted at all, received some 'snappy' comment because I had brought two suitcases (no idea what the problem about that is) and that was that.

2. They have a free computer in the room but it was not working and although we called to have it fixed no one ever showed up to take care of the problem.

3. Front desk managers (apart from 1 gentleman) seemed disinterested and did not even apologise when we explained our problem even at check out when female manager asked if our stay was ok she completely ignored my comments .
