1. I allowed my family to precede me on to the bus, handed my paperwork to be scanned by the cast member and she said, "your on the wrong bus.

5. The only problem was the front desk staff where 2 different concierges gave us wrong information about getting around the parks, and replied with "I don’t know" to several questions that they should know about.

6. I never expect everything to go absolutely perfect, so the few inconveniences (late room, bus driver who went to the wrong location) we experienced did not mar this lovely resort's reputation for me.

9. they made us all new keys, but reversed our friend's name so it wasn't only backwards, but with the wrong letters, to the point where she was so embarassed she started crying.

10. Well i dont think disney could ever get it wrong,We stayed in a savanna room with views of the animals which were always out for you to see.
