1. I would find the room for 4 would be small but you could manage I was delighted with our two rooms and the kids could watch the TV late on at night without disturbing us after a long hard slog at the parks.

2. The resort is dedicated to energy conservation and uses fluorescent bulbs, and I think in view of the African theme maybe we were supposed to be in "fire light", and maybe they needed it dim on the balconies (because there was no light at all) to minimize disturbing the animals, but the light in the bathroom made it impossible to apply make up without holding a mirror.

6. The maid service was excellent for the entire stay, we were never disturbed when we were in the room and the room was always serviced by the time we returned from the parks.
