2. To credit, our dinner waitress and a very nice lady at the front desk tried very hard to make ammends (I didn't make a scene, so that was especially appreciated), but i had to ask for every single element of BD celebration and it was a day late (no pun, literal).

3. Even after all that, we wanted to stay an extra night but was told they were sold out (which I find hard to believe) so we moved to the Swan Hotel.

5. I would find the room for 4 would be small but you could manage I was delighted with our two rooms and the kids could watch the TV late on at night without disturbing us after a long hard slog at the parks.

6. The pool was fantastic lots of lifeguards and a slide for the kids but only a small one, there are some spa's which are nice for relaxation after a hard day at the Theme Park.

10. Amazing having read some reviews some people must be hard to please or just unluckywe went for our 10th wedding anniversary and we were not dissapointed although not in dearer savanahh room we had a view over a waterhole at the end of Sunset.
