7. the observation points for animal wathcing are great our room was clean and tidy and well cared for, bad pointsIf all you want is Mickey mouse and the theme parks go somewhere cheaper as the charm of this hotel can be found in enjoying the building, the animals and the pool area(stop and smell the roses)For some people we spoke to15 minutes on a coach to Magic kindom This was the furthest away)was to far (but Hey Did you see the wildebeast from your bedroom window) and is'nt holiday about relaxingThe only uncleanliness we saw in 2 weeks was that it seemed to take a while for room service items to be removed from hallwaysOur room although beutiful and well kitted out (best wheel in shower i ever used) was a little small for a manual wheelchair and would be no good for a larger powered chairThe food is fantastic but if you do not like spicy or are not adventurous then your choice could be limitedthe lighting systems in the bedrooms could be better as the initial light inside our door took ages to come brighterThe themed music can get annoying especially when animal watching would you really have pounding drums out on a safari?Older kids if not into wildlife or the pool might get a little bored.
