1. Also, Mickey's Not so scary Halloween party is happening so even if you don't attend you get the benefit of an awesome fireworks show from your balcony, though if at the MK that day you'll have to leave early for the party (if I recall correctly around 7pm).

2. We were able to walk from the Magic Kingdom to the hotel on those nights when the monorail was exceptionally busy (such as the night of the Not So scary Halloween Party).
