1. Because it is an offshoot of the Contemporary, it is very difficult to get a luggage cart when you check in, and there are none in the lobby for personal use.

5. The only negative thing about the Contemporary and BLT is the size of their elevators, they are a bit small; it was difficult when there was a stroller or scooter and 2 families as well.

10. It was very difficult to find seating at the quick service restaurant, but they let you take food to your room- which is ok, if you are lucky enough to get an elevator before the food gets cold.
