1. To their credit, housekeeping was responsive and cleaned most of the mold when we called.

6. Aside from the areas where I would have expected the special allergy cleaning, the main shower had an overpowering mildew/mold smell -- the bench within the shower had several portions with physical evidence of mold and mildew.
