1. There were a couple of 'detailing' issues - a few dusty shelves etc - but against considerations of the location, room set up, pool etc, these were very minor faults.

3. About the only 'con' I would offer is that to get any service, ie front desk, etc you have to walk over to the contemporary, but this was either never an issue or if it were, I really wouldn't mind.

4. House keeping was perfect; serviced the room daily with no issues or problems.

5. We've had issues with attitude from the guy at the front desk at Bay Lake and getting our dining plan with this resort was a nightmare with changing your dining plan and your room keys.

6. Like I said before it wasn't perfect but the staff was very helpful when we had an issue.
