2. My maid saw how upset I was and told me that they have given VIP service to people who just complained about a hair on the floor of the bathroom.

3. Oh, and after I complained to the manager the 2nd night we were there, he did comp our in room dining meal, so at least we got something for the trouble we had to go to of moving rooms.

4. We had a studio which was fine for the two of us and the room was clean and in good condition (I know this is something that people tend to complain about).

5. The situation is even more interesting, coincidently because when checking into the Saratoga Springs Resort (where we stayed before transferring to Bay Lake Tower) the person next to me was complaining that when SHE got to her room, someone else's bags were there too.

8. When I complained, I was credited the cost of the magazine which was great, but the housekeeper didn't even touch the newspapers that my husband had left in there or straighten them up.
