1. We did also have some paint chips in the bathroom and a broken toiletpaper holder, I'm not sure why that would not have been fixed.

I noticed that some of the shower tiles were in the beginning stages of mildew accumulation, some of the carpet areas were showing tread wear and tear, the kitchen stove top was getting scratched, some of the wood surfaces of the furniture were chipped or scratched, and some of the curtain blinds were damaged from careless guests.
