1. First of all, I found the rooms to be very worn, accumulation of dust bunnies in the corners, and the washrooms needing some TLC - we would lock the door and struggle to unlock it, dirty grout, etc.

On arrival at the hotel we were given a worn welcome, and were sent round to see Carrie (dont forget this name), she was helpful when speaking about the parks, she is a sales person at the hotel and asked if we wanted tickets to which replied no as we have flex tickets and disney park tickets bought in advance, would recomment this as it gave freedom to enter the parks as much as you wanted over the two weeks, she then asked if we would be interested in seeing the arabian nights show which we were.

6. When we first walked in, we were struck by the stale smell and the worn/scuffed furniture, but we could live with that.
