1. We arrived to the hotel and had no problems got to our room which had a bad smell and dirty bathroom.

4. First of all, I found the rooms to be very worn, accumulation of dust bunnies in the corners, and the washrooms needing some TLC - we would lock the door and struggle to unlock it, dirty grout, etc.
