6. Staff at this hotel are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, on our first night we were so tired and the guy had forgotton to put through our pizza order we didn't even complain and he still gave us a full refund with our fresh pizza .

10. The only 2 problems we encountered during our stay were exceptionally noisy American neighbours one night and after 2 calls to reception to complain they were finally silenced and the only other problem was that our key card stopped working but that was easily sorted.
