1. Some negative things: I would not stay in the hotel with a smoking option again, because even though our room was non-smoking I was breathing in a lot of fumes in the elevator and in the pool area.

4. Personally I felt they could have offered us a discounted rate due to amount of time we were there for and the inconvenience of a total computer failure which lasted for three days this definitely effected my review of this stay negatively.
