1. The pool is open late and the noise is terrible, so don't plan on sleeping before 11pm.

7. We were given a terrible breakfast, not good image for the mystic dunes straight away, and then given a tour of the hotel which of course they took us to the pent house etc.

10. terrible room service, a pair of pants was stolen and sunglasses were broken, we filled out a report, they did not even process it and for that matter a week later they stil do not care, they told us to call the police or a lawyer.
