2. Personally I felt they could have offered us a discounted rate due to amount of time we were there for and the inconvenience of a total computer failure which lasted for three days this definitely effected my review of this stay negatively.

4. The shuttle service to the parks was a great feature of the hotel, but the times of the shuttles were somewhat inconvenient (pickup times hours after parks closing).

5. My only inconvenience was with the shuttle system ---- it doesn't run often enough and you do miss out on some of the late night activities at the park, such as Illuminations and the Very Merry Christmas party.
