1. This wasn't a problem for us and we did love the modern, updated decor.

2. Had a problem with checking in as we got there early (already had notified hotel prior to arrival) and waited a several hours, but the housekeeping manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a nice room.

4. The biggest problem we had was indeed the noise but not so much from the bar - which we knew would stop and actually isn't as bad on weeknights as it is on Friday and Saturday.

5. Hallway noise is somewhat of a problem but you didn't notice it until a family with small screaming children passed by.

6. The problem was the noise followed us and it really was quite loud, i used earplugs and my partner who usually sleeps through anything was woken in the night because of the noise.
