1. As i've read from other reviews on this website, this is a common complaint with this hotel.

2. The only complaint is that the air conditioner was quite noisy and for the price this should not be an issue.

3. I would say the only complaint we had was noise (outside in alley--deliveries early in AM and bar music) but hey this IS South Beach so as you can see if that's the only complaint then this is the gem I say it is.
