1. Although the hotel location is great and the restaurant excellent (if somewhat overpriced), we found the service at the Betsy poor.

2. The restaurant BLT is way overpriced and disapointing, you'd rather go to a real steakhouse ( 2 main courses + 1 cheap bottle of wine = 250 USD).
