1. Unfortunately, we found that it got all the room basics wrong:- no facilities guide / room service menu;- only one drinking glass, which was dirty;- an iron, but no ironing board;To add to the list, the valet parking damaged our hire car during our stay (luckily we had car insurance).

2. For the very picky: the lighter shade upholstery and rugs in the lobby are getting more than a bit dirty with wear, but the decor is overall very elegant.
