1. The only negative event had to do with the beach, and I mention this as reminder caution to other travelers not as a shot towards the Betsy Hotel.

2. All the nuances and negativities aside, the hotel is decorated in a miami-colonial style, the BLT restaurant is outstanding, and the staff are friendly but lack decent training and leadership.

6. Two further negatives 1 The hotel advertises they have private beach butlers - in fact as noted in one of the previous reviews they subcontract the beach service to Boucher bros and once they have set you up there is no further service.
