1. Having stayed all over South Beach over the years, most boutique hotels are well-worn, noisy and a little to much like hostels.

8. The hotel is in the heart of the Art Deco district (but away from the tacky, noisy end of South Beach) with a fab diner (Jerry's Famous Deli) round the corner for breakfast and Lincoln Road restaurants and Collins Avenue shopping 5 minutes away.
