3. There were black worms in my room, no one ever answers the room service line--you have to leave a VOICEMAIL--and worst of all, when I got into my room on my second night, housekeeping had left the bolt out so my room was COMPLETELY OPEN AND UNLOCKED.

5. It is clean and the food is good and the staff is friendly and accommodating but next to the National on Collins I would rate it the worst value on South Beach.

So then we decide to go to dinner and that is when the worst part happened Supposed to be pet friendly, yet provided no bags around the walking area to properly dispose of your pets waste and because my dogs were barking and guest complained they went into our room and removed them without trying to call us on our cellphones to let us know, I understand the complaints, but imagine my horror when I got back from dinner and my dogs were not in the room.
