1. RoomsI am not complaining about the size of rooms, or minimalistic furniture, but smell of mold, black worms, discolored stone floor - this is unacceptable.

3. We know these things can happen, and totally understand, however it was the way he did not apologize, and did not even get us a new bottle to replace the sparkling water he spilled all over that we and our friends found to be unacceptable.
