Bread given only sometimes with dinner, water glasses not filled attentively a few times, pool boy with an attitude from the start (we waited 45 minutes just to find him to get towels our first day and then later he rudely informs me that only 2 pool lounge chairs can be saved at a time when there are 3 of us and EVERYONE else lays down their stuff at chairs and they are theirs for the entire day), 1/3 of the service was just OK - barely tolerable.
