1. (I would suggest avoiding rooms on the 1st floor, as people walking from the hotel entrance to the rear elevator may be noisy and, also to avoid noise issues, suggest not booking rooms facing Collins Avenue).

2. If you are going with your family this will be a great choice, however if you are one of those who want to go Miami to "live la vida loca" and mess around the hotel be noisy and get drunk this may NOT be the hotel for you.

3. We asked for a room that wasnt on collins because it gets noisy at night, so they gave us a double with a view of a brick wall, which was fine as we werent there for the view and werent in the room much.

10. If I went again I would request a room HIGHER than the first floor as you get all the human traffic to the bar/pool/beach along that corridor which I imagine could be noisy.
