1. We also found it to be quiet, although or room was midway between the front (street) and back of hotel so fairly well isolated from noise.

3. (I would suggest avoiding rooms on the 1st floor, as people walking from the hotel entrance to the rear elevator may be noisy and, also to avoid noise issues, suggest not booking rooms facing Collins Avenue).
