1. (I would suggest avoiding rooms on the 1st floor, as people walking from the hotel entrance to the rear elevator may be noisy and, also to avoid noise issues, suggest not booking rooms facing Collins Avenue).

7. We were on the second floor so didnt have a view but we didnt really spend much time in the room anyway so wasnt an issue.
