1. As soon as we arrived in Miami our original hotel was a complete nightmare, but thanks to the Astor hotel, it saved our vacation.

2. The car parking was a nightmare and took over 30 minutes to get your car back unless of course you happen to have a Ferrari then they keep it round the corner to make the hotel look good.
