1. We arrived on the evening so the early check in wasnt needed , Room upgrade wasnt available either (the hotel was not full so unsure why we did not receive this) we did receive welcome gift of a plate of fruit which was a nice touch, room was small, quite dark due to poor lighting and air con dial was broke front kept falling off dumped our cases and went out along Ocean Drive.

2. It had full view on the car park, paint splashes on the blind, the toilet broke down,the safe didn't work so they put a new one in and finally the mini bar cupboard was broken so the actual mini bar fridge was placed on the floor opposite.

3. The air conditioning broke briefly one morning, and when we reported it, the receptionist was extremely apologetic and it was fixed by the time we got back that afternoon.
