1. In some ways, there were probably not much they could do, as the design of the hotel is fundamentally flawed.

2. Although i enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was central and the staff were very friendly, I do think there are a few flaws:1) The resort fee of $20 a night seemed a bit of a rip off, as we never used the beach towels/sun bed during the stay as it rained the whole time.
