3. Water drip from ceiling smoke detector, dirty stained ripped carpet, dirty arms on upholstered furniture, caved in glass on desk top, bathroom door hanging on 2 of 3 hinges so it does not close, sloppy caulk patch of marble shower, heavily water stained headboard, buckled walls in bathroom.

4. Some of the furniture (the sofa and chairs) in the room could use a good cleaning (note to hotel interior designers: don't put white or light beige furniture in a hotel room) but it was not offensively dirty or anything.
