1. Another issue I had was the resort fee ($15/day) excluding taxes of course.

5. If it wasnt for the sound issue, i would rate the hotel high, but the way they handled it really soured the situation for us.

6. Note that the restaurant/nightclub in the hotel has been closed, so there were no noise issues that we had read about in other Trip Adviso reviews of the hotel so that was nice.

I have asked three different managers during the day (every one promised me to update me with information, but during day they was changing without contacting me) about this issue to get their assistance, but have got only an answer about no information about my request and promised me to send bottle in case of somebody will found it in the room later.
