1. We had an issue with housekeeping not cleaning our room, but the matter was rectified immediately with sincere apologies from the acting manager for the mishap.

2. We did have issues with the concierge not being able to schedule reservations (that we were able to schedule after a quick phone call), but everyone else has been nice.

3. The service we use to know has completely disappeared and at this location service has went downhill especially from the Maintenance/Engineering Department that fail time after time and broke promises of returning to resolve pending issues.

4. Like many beach destinations the area immediately adjacent doesn't have much to recommend it but we were there for the beach so it wasn't an issue.

5. I was worried about safety at night but it isn't an issue if you stay off the beach and stick to walking in the busy streets.

8. It went on and on with other stuff, so we pretty much had an ongoing relationship with the manager who seemed overwhelmed by other issues.

10. Wth all the new hotels opening with amazing fitness facilities and spas (Canyon Ranch in North Beach will blow this out of the water) they have a big issue here.
