7. I complained and was shown a number of different rooms, eventually we settled in an ocean view suite which was fine but was told the regular rate for this room was $1,300 - I would have been very disappointed if I was paying this amount.

8. The only complain I have on his behalf is when you want to book rooms for a group, you need to go through reservations dept which would not be a bad thing usually.

9. I can say that the RItz Carlton Palm Beach impressed me more but the Ritz South Beach did not give me anything to complain about.
