1. Our room was cleaned around 4-5:00 and posed a real hassle for trying to either grab a nap before going out or for getting ready to head out for drinks.

4. Brutal Northeast winter had me longing for warm air and sunshine, so we planned a last minute husband-wife get-away for long weekend to South Beach--figuring the direct short flight and Ritz name would gaurantee fewest hassles.
