6. If you're staying at this hotel not many rooms have good views from the way the hotel is positioned, so if you do stay in a Lanai pool view room or you will be disappointed.

8. I complained and was shown a number of different rooms, eventually we settled in an ocean view suite which was fine but was told the regular rate for this room was $1,300 - I would have been very disappointed if I was paying this amount.
