1. unfortunately, there were too many other aspects of this hotel that were very unsatisfactory.

2. The hotel was at 100% full, so unfortunately even before 7am every single pool lounge was taken which was a shame with towels and tshirts etc.

3. This time we decided to try the Westin, assuming that this would be at least as good as the Sheraton, but unfortunately that was not the case.

4. (although i never saw the rooms) This is NOT your typical beautiful property, I read some negative reviews before, and unfortunately I had to find out the hard way, they were mostly correct.

5. It was right outside our room and we shewed it away so, as far as we know, it wasn't in our room while we were but unfortunately, when we shewed it away, it ran under our neighbor's door - sorry.

6. Yes the pool and garden area are nice, but unfortunately outside of that all I have seen is rude staff and highly overpriced, out-dated rooms with very dishonest room descriptions.
