1. We did have the mountain view room which alot of people complain about but even with the parking lot below the actual mountain view is breath taking.

2. ' With that, she whips around and starts sassing us, 'You DO know this IS the adult pool, RIGHT? (My mouth is now hanging open - Really????) You DO know that babies are NOT allowed at the adult pool, RIGHT? As of yet, no one has complained, but if they do, YOU NEED TO LEAVE.

3. The only thing that I complain about is that the kids pool needs to be heated.

4. (we did get upgraded to an ocean room but only after 5 days of asking and complaining)The pool is gorgeous and so are the grounds, but only at 6 am or 9 pm when nobody is there.

8. They are still hard on the late checkouts but when they give you a 1300 square foot room? How do you complain? The latest I could get was 1pm.
