1. I head down to the front desk to find out what the problem is and she says, well they called you, didn't you get the message? You were supposed to check out today so we settled the bill on your credit card already.

2. Very little construction left to be done but was not in anyway a problem.

3. The only problem with the pool was that during the week we had the run of the place and there were never kids going crazy or any problems, but on the weekend the 'pool security' came out and were quite rude and disrespectful.

7. After a long and exhasting flight to hawaii, we arrived to this beautiful hotel and had a huge problem with checking in and finding an acceptable room.
