1. The downside was that we stayed in mid-December when they were doing some heavy maintenance was happening on some of the restaurants and common areas.

5. the only downside was that you had to look at a big ship in the bay, kind of ruins the mountain and bay views that you pay good money to see.

6. The two downsides I saw with the room: 1) the bathroom was on the smaller side with limited counterspace partly because there was a coffeemaker on the counter too and 2) there was a cockroach in the room There is a fitness center and business center which is 24 hour access with key card.

7. THE DOWNSIDES-- the food at every restaurant we tried was TERRIBLE, as well as really SLOW service.
