1. I must say, I was a little disoriented when the pictures in front of the elevators on my floor were changed - I thought I was on the wrong floor.

3. Beginning with the hotel's lobby and decor, beautiful chandeliers, pianos, neat artistic and modern paintings and pictures hung all over, you cannot go wrong.

4. They insisted we did not need to help load the car, then proceeded to start to put my friend's bag into the wrong car and overlooked two suitcases, despite the fact that I took several minutes in the driveway getting my directions straight.

7. The hotel thinks just because they were dealing with 'young' people they can just push them around, but they are wrong.

8. Yes i did some wrong by having some outside food and beverages in (brought by guests) but that in no way deserves this kind of treatment.

9. (yes i know im wrong for that)People begin to arrive, party starts to liven up, and i make sure that the music is kept down because i do have manners and do not want to bother the people on the other rooms, but i failed at this.
