3. The staff is mostly cheerful, and ready to help, but you'll find they have to do a lot to correct housekeeping and other service errors that shouldn't occur in the first place.

4. As previously stated, any one of these things on it's own would have been ok, however when you are tense, anticipating the next error that would be made at every stop, it pretty much defeats the purpose of what we went there for in the first place.
