1. I even emailed the director of room operations after my stay to let him know of the issues and did not receive a reply.

6. The next issue was the smell of mold and dampness in the hotel - this is April, so wonder what it will be like in August.

9. I was told there is some underground sewer issue that cannot be resolved because the hotel is on a historic register.
