6. Too much stuff (mini bar) on top of the console/desk, poor lighting at working area, chair for the desk is so fancy that is uncomfortable ( needed to ad pillows to the back of chair).

7. I hope the $4 you dinged me for is worth it, since it, along with the poor handling of the bill itself, effectively nuetralized what would have otherwise been a great experience and a rave review from this guest.

8. I read some of the past reviews of the ZaZa and I can only assume that since some of the poor reviews prior to April, they must have made some changes because there was no sign of anything to complain about during my stay.

10. ' Though the meal was tasty and the rooms were quite nice, I was so appalled at the incredibly poor level of service and the bad attitude of the staff that I felt compelled to write a letter to the management and write this review.
