4. If I had to search for one fault, it would be the cost for overnight valet/parking but this is, unfortunately, the price of staying close to the center of the city.

6. They have definitely attracted a lower class element though through this unfortunate pool pass policy and the hotel staff are all frriends with these people.

7. My client booked the rooms &, apparently, both rooms ended up in a single name-unfortunately, I was the first to arrive @ the hotel while my colleague, in who's name both rooms were, was still in the air.

8. It's unfortunate for the hotel to lose the business, and I dislike that aspect because of the excellent experiences that I have had.

9. ) unfortunately, we have also had issues with the lukewarm shower water at all hours - early morning, midday, late afternoon - time of day doesn't seem to have impact on the temperature, nor does the wasteful practice of letting the water run hoping it will get warmer, make a bit of difference.
