1. The only true negative is that on Friday and Saturday, the noise level from the bar was really loud.

3. While it's a bit away from the noising downtown area, it is good location for Rice University and the Museums along with a good public park.

4. And if you are put anywhere near the pool expect knocking on your windows and noises at all hours, they do police this but not good enough.

10. Regardless, I asked him why he wouldn't give me the courtesy of a call to my room and ask me to keep the noise down and his response was 'I should be listening for knocks on the door and he didn't have to call my room'.
